Seminars & Exhibit Space
Seminars
Organisations may request half-day, morning or evening seminar time slots. Half-day seminars (4 hours) will be scheduled during the days prior to the start of the ASLM2018 conference. Morning and evening seminars (1.5 hours) will be scheduled before and after the main conference sessions on conference days. Seminar date and time slots are scheduled at the discretion of the conference organisers. Pricing information is available in the Partnership Structure document.
Exhibit Space
Exhibit hall space is available in sizes ranging from 3m x 3m to 6m x 6m. Both commercial and non-profit pricing structures are available. Exhibitor information is printed in the conference programme book along with their booth location and logo. Exhibit booth space is provided on a first-come, first-served bases and assigned at the discretion of the conference organisers. Pricing and booth size information is available in the Partnership Structure document.
NOTE: Booth spaces are at capacity. Please contact us directly if you are interested in sponsorship opportunities that will increase your visibility as an ASLM partner. There are opportunities to sponsor travel scholarships, coffee/tea breaks, etc.
